Traders who trade in excess of 500 round turn contracts per month will want to choose subscription pricing. First, subscription pricing gives you access to our best software offerings. Second, subscription pricing saves you money. By paying a flat monthly fee for the platform you are capped on how much you pay for the software, as opposed to non-subscription pricing where you are paying for the platform for every contract you trade.
What are your intraday margin rates?

Is there somewhere I can go online to check my up-to-the-minute account balance?
This feature will be available soon in our client area. A central area is available for you to retrieve your daily equity statements. Your real-time profit/loss of all your trades placed electronically is available on your execution software. Obtaining a real-time balance is simple: Take your account balance feature from last night’s account statement and add or subtract the current profit/loss from your trading software.
What happens if I lose my internet connection while trading?

What type of account can I open?

How long does it take to open an account?
The process takes 1-2 days, depending on how promptly you provide us with the needed forms.
Can I trade someone else’s account?
You may make decisions for another person’s account if they give you power of attorney. Conversely, another person can trade for your account if you give them power of attorney.
Do you accept Non-US customers?

What are your hours?
Our business office hours are 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M Central Standard Time. Outside of these hours, a night desk is available should you need to place orders by phone.
Do you offer demos of your platforms?
We offer in person demos free of charge. Simulation trading is free to clients with funded accounts. Those without funded accounts may trade simulation at a cost.
Who holds my funds?
Your funds will be held by our FCM in a segregated funds account
How do I withdraw funds?
Please call us to make a withdrawal. We can wire the funds to you or mail you a check.
Are the funds in my account insured?
No. Similar to equities accounts, there is no insurance on futures accounts. However, your account, our company, as well as the futures industry, is highly regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the National Futures Association (NFA).
